Delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see how to delete your account. In short: open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email [email protected] from your registered address.

Report someone or a safety concern

Use the in-app report option on any profile or conversation, or email [email protected]. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; manage or cancel them from your app-store account. You can also sign in to review your subscription.

Trouble signing up or signing in

Accounts require a valid email and a password of at least 12 characters. You must be 18 or older. If a verification email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email [email protected].
